This agreement, between Pioneer Playbook  (herein named as COACH) and the client (herein named CLIENT), for the Pioneer Club Membership.

The service provided to the client by the coach is a business coaching membership, as designed jointly with the client.
Coaching, which is not directive advice, counselling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. The coach promises that all information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the coach be liable to the client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the client may incur, the coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the client to the coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

Throughout the relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations with the client, which will include asking explicit questions and making requests. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the client of his/her own intentions, and coach him/her to realize them. In order for our relationship to achieve the maximum result, the coach asks that the client agree comply with the ‘Expectations and Responsibilities’ as laid out below.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

As your Coach you can expect me to:
Be prepared for each of our sessions with the resources required
Devote my full attention to you and listen to your needs,
Adjust our plan of action as is required
Stretch you outside of your comfort zone and push you when necessary
Provide you with resources, knowledge and guidance for your business
Provide a safe space where you can express yourself and be heard.
Challenge you to reach your business potential
Offer support, encouragement and genuine feedback

As the Client I expect you to:
Show up for each coaching session on time with 100% focus
Complete the assigned action steps between coaching sessions
Be open to new ideas
Be ready to take action and make quick decisions
Be honest and open with me about where you’re at
Make a commitment to the strategy we develop and see it through
Provide timely payments so as not to interrupt the flow of work
Set aside appropriate amounts of time to put our sessions into action
Trust the process
Communicate with me about how you are finding the process so we can change anything if necessary
Take responsibility for your outcomes

Please note, the coaching and training provides guidance and mentorship with your business, Pioneer Playbook and the Pioneer Club programme are in no way responsible for the results you see – only you can control that. Your success depends on your own actions and commitment to your business.

Rules:

As party of this membership is a ‘group coaching’, you must bee respectful of other members at all times.
No judgement or criticism of other members, this is a safe space
Any negativity towards other members will result in you being kicked out of the group and your membership being terminated
In group sessions, everyone will get the chance to speak so please be patient for your turn. If you are in a hurry please let your coach know at the beginning of the session and we will do out best to get to you quickly.
Please be respectful of the time other people have speaking with the coach, this is coaching in a group environment, but it is not a group discussion for every member.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1 on 1 session please let me know within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
If you are on a package with a set number of sessions, the session will not roll on to the next period if you do not reschedule within the appropriate time.

Contact:

As my coaching client you will have a lot of access to me as your coach.  I ask that you keep the methods of communication to those we have agreed, mainly scheduled calls, email, the facebook group and through your client portal.  This allows us to keep our conversations focussed and on point.

Payments:

Your membership subscription will renew on the same date every month – the date that you signed up. You can cancel your membership anytime via the ‘My Account’ section within Pioneer Club. If your payment is cancelled your membership will be terminated and you will no longer have access to Pioneer Club. If there is a problem with your payment please contact us to rectify it. You can update your billing details via the ‘My Account’ section within Pioneer Club.

Refunds and Results:

This is a subscription membership which can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be given for access that has already been granted.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Pioneer Playbook retains all ownership rights to the materials provided during your participation in all coaching sessions, programmes and online courses.  The copyrighted and original materials you are provided are for your individual use only and with a single-user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from me electronically or otherwise without my prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the copyrighted programme materials, shall remain the sole property of Pioneer Playbook and no license to sell or distribute my materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of our resources or course content or materials.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.
